Katie has been a god send for us! We have gone through the stressful and sometimes scary process of the minefield that is buying our first home. A friend of mine recommended Katie Brown to us and I sent her a message straight away. One of the first things she said to us was, there are no silly questions...this relaxed us straight away! We knew we could just speak to her like a friend getting advise and she was able to guide us through the whole process with such ease and professionalism that it made the process so much easier for us. Not only did she help us secure a good mortgage deal, but she gave help and advice at every turn, helped us set up life insurance, home insurance, hire a servayer on our behalf and much more! We would have never been able to go through all of this without Katie's help and we will always be grateful for her friendliness, professionalism, great advice and just being able to have a conversation with her about normal day to day things making everything just feel so human to us.
